God gives us wisdom to be used, but He does not give us fear. Nothing spreads like fear! In 2 Timothy 1:7 it says, ‘For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.’ As Christ followers we need to step back and take a deep breath and place our trust in God, and at the same time use wisdom.
I recommend praying the following scripture over yourself, family, home and community:
Psalms 91:9-11
9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, 10 No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; 11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.
Here are TRC steps being taken:
- Church times as normal (unless forced otherwise)
- Backup Plan: Live Stream
- Extra sanitizing measures are taking place on the entire campus regularly. A medical sprayer is used to sanitize the building weekly and doors are wiped down regularly during/before/after scheduled services.
- Nursery: 2 sets of sanitized toys will be used, one for each service.
- Staff & Volunteers have been asked to avoid travel and gatherings in crowds larger than 50+ people.
- A Health Safety tip hand out will be given at the doors.
- Coffee and food will be served upon request at the kitchen window. No public access.
